Products

Acceptance of your application will be determined by jury, based on the nature & quality of your products. If the festival group is not familiar with your goods, the more information you provide the better.

Booth Size & Electrical

Maximum 15 foot frontage. Electricity provided to food booths only. No heavy electrical appliances, please. Propane is best.


Set-up

Friday . Booth Coordinator will be on site Friday afternoon from noon till 4 pm. Saturday morning till 11 AM. All set-up must be completed with vehicles out of the park by 10 AM.

General Information

All food booths are required by fire marshal to have fire extinguishers. Food vendors must use biodegradable utensils, cups and plates. Please put all garbage and effluvia in appropriate containers when leaving. Leave park as you found it. A porta-pottie will be provided near camping area. No booze or drugs on site. Security will give gentle reminders if the hour gets late and anyone is keeping others awake. No drums anywhere after 11 PM. Acoustic music until midnight. Craft booth passes are limited to two persons, per day. Food booth passes are limited to four persons per day. If you have friends coming they must pay at the gate and EVERYONE must be wearing a wristband. We have limited camping so encourage friends to camp offsite. PLEASE be set up by 10 AM Saturday. Anyone arriving after main gates close will have to carry or wheelbarrow their goods in. No vehicle departures on Sunday prior to 9 PM. Site locations will be posted at the main entry gate.

NEW, IMPORTANT!

Food Booths: We are a zero waste festival. The festival will provide plates, cutlery & cups to all the booths. There will be washing stations with volunteers cleaning and sanitizing the dishes. There will be a recycling station for sorting recyclables, compost and garbage. We are providing drinking water and ask that no bottled water is sold. Let's really work together at "zero" waste. Think through the goods you're offering with that in mind.
